This issue has been identified on PC’s running several operating systems, so we have a variety of documents that will help you manually install the missing drivers required for the app.

I am on windows XP but on downloading paperjamzpro there is NO driver package connected ?
Consequently I cannot download any music , so would be grateful if you could send me a version with driver package !!

I cannot install the driver! Have tried following the step by step instructions, but it wont work.
I am on windows Vista….it says it fails to install the driver when I plug in via usb and it wont work manually, please can you help?

manual driver install does not work on windows 7 tried it with 3 different computers emailed support and have been waiting for weeks with no reply. all 3 same response “folder you specified does not contain a compatible software driver for your device”

Unfortunately, Paper Jamz has been unable to update all the software for the newer versions of Windows and iOS, which may be why you are having issues connecting to Windows 7. We are unsure if Paper Jamz will be doing any version updates in the future, but will continue to keep you informed if anything changes.

Cannot get the driver to load. Running Windows 7 and it cannot find a driver on the device. Followed the pdf manual directions, but there is no “Paper Jamz” folder in the Program Files folder. Stuck.

Is there a way to upload songs from a mac using osx 10.7.5?

I can not open the paper jamz app to load more songs. I have a mac with operating system 10.6.8. This is a birthday present for my niece, and she wants Sweet Home Alabama, but this guitar doesn’t have it.

Do you the original Guitar or the Paper Jamz Pro?
If you only have the original Paper Jamz Guitar you cannot change the songs.
